- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to bulk-use our tools in a way that degrades performance for other users.
- Attempt to compromise the security of the website or any systems connected to it.
Intellectual property
The content, design, code, and branding of Stakium are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the site without permission.
The files you convert using Stakium remain entirely your property. We make no claim whatsoever over any file you process using our tools.
No warranties
Stakium is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the tools will be error-free, that conversion results will always be perfect, or that the service will be available at all times. File conversion is a complex technical process and results can vary depending on the input file and your device.
Always keep a backup of important files before converting them, just as you would with any software.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stakium and its operators will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including, but not limited to, data loss, loss of profits, or damage to hardware.

Stakium displays third-party advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements or for products and services advertised on third-party sites linked from them.
